About the Founder
Bradford Kelly, CEO
Bradford Kelly is a Master Barber with over 15 years of barbering experience. He started barber college in 2005 and received his barbers license in 2007. It was 11 years before Brad realized there was a difference between thinking as a Barber and thinking like a business, which he began learning in 2016. Over the next 3 years Brad developed proven barber systems that helped him overcome common barber frustrations like weak Wednesdays, no shows, barber burnout, and establishing business respect.
Brad became a Booked Barber while eliminating burnout and also became a six figure business in 2019. When the pandemic hit in 2020 and the Barber and Beauty Industry were deemed “non essential” and was forced to stay home and not work, Brad realized he was paying some of his bills with passive income. He was doing this for four months straight and realized that if he focused on developing more passive income, he was on the way to becoming financially free because of the systems that he put in place. He didn’t really notice what he had done until that moment, but he was barbering on another level. To be in the position to only work because you want to, not because you have to, is a Barbers dream and Brad found a way to achieve that.
Now Brad is passionate about helping other barbers make the transition from Barber to Business so that they can be freed as well, and that is why Brad started Another Level of Barbering Inc. Brad has created educational courses based on the documentation of his journey in the business of barbering. Brad’s mission is to empower barbers to think higher about their profession and their business so that they can build their personal and financial freedom by getting to Another Level of Barbering for themselves.
